Hope we reached the bottom (in anticipation of the IMF loan)

It took almost 4 years from previous crisis to recover nominal wages to 2008 year level (in dollars). Of course adjustment for inflation extends this period for a few more years...

Looking at these graphs I’m not sure how IMF loan can save us. Or saying on another way – how fast we will spend this money on gas?
